Join Gibson House Museum for a workshop that uses harvest season produce to create delicious puddings and pies.
An experienced historic cook and interpreter will guide participants through decoding historic recipes, preparing dishes to cook over the open hearth, and share knowledge about life on the Gibson Farm.
Participants will prepare authentic 19th-century recipes (both sweet and savoury) and sample them with delicious sauces and accompaniments.
